My Jetta was being repaired at a panel beater in PMB, the quality of service from this panel shop was appalling. I was dealing with a faceless person via the call centre who referred me to Phumaza Banzi. She was very helpful to say the least but the panel shop repair job was pathetic. Phumeza referred Mr. Suren Bunsee to me, from my very first phone call to him, he took over my claim with great professionalism . He continuously kept me abreast of all the developments regarding my vehicle repair. The transfer of my vehicle to an alternate panel shop, his continued reporting of progress up until final inspection of repair was faultless. The cherry on top of his work ethics was the follow up phone calls to check my satisfaction. He has already made arrangements for my vehicle to go back to the panel shop for a minor repair which was excusably missed. I highly recommend Mr. Suren Bunsee to be used as a role model in his industry as a example of service perfection and to recommend him as the number one candidate to carry the OUTsurance banner into the future.
