As a first timer for Animal Insurance, and having tried three other companies, I was extremely impressed with the professional way my telephone conversation with the Outsurance consultant went. The various plans were explained in a simple but understanding way. All questions were answered and explained with patience, understanding, and professionalism.

I never once felt pressurized to subscribe to Outsurance, no matter the fact that the call made to me took much longer than anticipated, or how many questions I asked to be explained. The product was explained to me, from starting with the various plans, to the claim forms... Outsurance never tried to sell their product by comparing their prices and options with other companies, to try make a point or sway me - sadly, something I experienced with other Insurance companies.

Their service delivery was impeccable... I received my contract, policy, and all other documentation minutes after my phone call.

Finally, their affordable prices are what impressed me most! Best out of four!
