I had a 3rd party claim against another insurance co and did not know what to do from my side as I was the innocent party. I phoned and a Nadia directed me to Sibongile Molefe who guided me through the correct procedure. A letter to say I would not claim from Outsurance was to be send to myself to forward to the other insurance co. Before I could access their e mail to send the letter, I have received the info from Sibongile. WOW WOW and again WOW!!!!! This is service in minutes.
