Service Delivery

I was assisted this morning by Modikwa Rakoto, very professional, friendly and up to speed with the latest at Outsurance. She helped me with a few changes and I was amazed at at professionalism & the way she handled by change of info & added services. I wish all service agents can be like this elsewhere... that is what is called service delivery!!! Mr. Govind
