Service and Payout

<p>I received excellent service from the moment I had the accident, and in the months to follow with retreiving the excess from the third party.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would have rated 5 stars except that I was paid out a shocking amount for my car that was written off (even though it was insured for replacement value), and I had to fight with them to get out an additional amount my car was insured for for upgrades, that I would have forfeited had I not reminded them and insisted on it.</p>
