Service

I have never seen such positive ads, but experienced such bad service and I just started with Outsurance. They first took my banking details wrong, then I cancelled my policy and now I am being held responsible for their mistake and I need to pay back over R400. I have laid a complaint but up until today have I had not had any feedback from them, its disgusting. Looking for another insurance company!!!!!!
