I had a breakdown on my way home from pretoria and consulted my insurance for assistance and I was helped by a lady named Avril Hoskins and she was really helpful in assisting me with this matter I am really impressed by the service she had provided for me,she stayed in contact with me keeping me updated throughtout the situation and was there to assist me tillthe issue had been resolved so I am very impressed with Avril's assistance in the matter and how quick we were able to resolve the issue
