Serious Customer Services Issues
My Wife and I contacted Outsurance with a view to review our Life Policy. The woman who attended to our query was an uncouth, rude, uncomprehensive person named Michelle. She had NO depth of perception, serious lack of understanding, Interrogates like we are *********, and it looks like she was only interested in securing her commission and uninterested in our explanation. We are in our 50s. My wife's policy increased Almost 82% because of occasional body pains not being attributed to any sickness or disease!!!. And that is with no increase to the life benefit. This person & the underwriter makes Outsurance STIN****!! I am cancelling this policy and will seek out another insurer!!!!
