SENIOR MANAGEMENT THAT DO NOT CARE

"NOBODY LISTENS" you ask to speak to a SENIOR MANAGER and what do you get, is some supervisor in customer service that quite honestly does not have the authority to make a change to your policy Although you have begged, pleaded and insisted that you want to speak to a Senior Manager this does not happen If my company survives Covit 19 is yet to be seen, I am doing all possible to try and keep my employees paid, pay my suppliers, pay my rent, and a whole lot of other thing BUT I AM NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH FOR OUTSURANCE MANAGEMENT they hide away So maybe it's better that I cancel my policy and move to a reputable company that cares about it's customers Luckly enough I have all the recorded calls so i can put them on social media for all to listen too
