Selling lies
Outsurance agents just lie. I spent more then hour on the phone with an agent trying to convince me to take the more expensive cover because they couldnt beat my current insurance.. He kept telling me how good they are and that they keep their promises hahaha guess what's its been over a week now I haven't received the promotional link only the otp sms.
