Security and accessing clients information

On Friday 15/05/2026 at 18:06 I received an email from outsurance stating that the changes to my policy has been made, I tried calling immediately however office was closed. I called on Saturday 16/05/2026 to find out why did I get that email as i didnt call in to request any changes, I spoke to a consultant Justin Muoore which checked on the system and says that my policy and personal details were accessed by Claims advisor Katherine Vermeulen at 14:00 on Friday 15/05/2026 without any authority. I advised the consultant that I want her locked out of my policy as she assaulted me on Thursday night 14/05/2026 and I have laid a charge of assault with SAPS . What security does Outsurance have in place that prevents there consultants from just accessing any clients policy and taking our personal information. This is a breach of privacy as now my safety and my kids safety is compromised as Katharine has my personal information I.D number , Home address. Outsurance management needs to take action especially that they advisors has violent behaviour.

Action needs to be taken as I didn't authorise Katherine Vermeulen to assess my policy why was she asscessing my personal information ,she know who's my vehicles I have, I.d number ,Home address etc...she is violent , we have video footage of how she attacked my wife and I. Outsurance cannot allow this , your need to know what's happening with your clients al,my wife even called in asking to speak to her manager to ensure that she can't assess how profile and information but Yolandi Swarts never called us and look now Katherine went in to our profile and can do whatever she likes with our information.
