They canceled my insurance because my outbonus was due without communicating with me, even after I called and explained that my banking details have changed and I offered to make a manual payment. The lady even loaded a debit order on new banking details. And worst part, when I called to ask why they canceled my policy, they attempted to open a new policy for me, with a higher premium. This company is a ****, the adverts we see on TV are just **** marketing schemes
