Scapyards parts insurance practice

i have accident and Outsurance excepted my claim and assign me to shop to repair car. That was a month ago.<br> I calle numerous time Outsurance as well pannelbeatrs shop - always no clear answer where will repair happens with promise to call me tomorrow - what newer happens. Apparently, pannelbeater could not gets secondhand part, beside new original part is available at local car delaersheep part shop. policy to give customers only secondhand part bring to this crazy situation - one month delay...this is bad , unacceptable service . I tray to contact managers or supervisors at Outsurance - always busy, not there, or promise - will call back. Newer happens...is this trick of cheapest insurance rates???
