OutSurance advertise how much money they save you, well it’s Nonsense!!! When asking how to go about replacing a cracked windscreen on VW Polo 2011 we were advised there would be a R1290 excess. We haven’t had a claim in 5 years!!! Needless to say we are cancelling with a these ********s and as a result we have a quote from another insurer which saves R1100 per month, We are cancelling with OutSurance. Don’t believe all the publicity and hype about their savings especially when you want to claim. Oh and by the way OutSurance you owe us R400
