Liers OUTsurence's promises "if we can't beat your current premium with your current insurer we pay you R500" and I gave them 'outsurence' an opportunity to quote me and failed to beat my current premium but no R500. When I asked where is the R500 the answer 'we are sorry that we cannot beat your premium.
