**** - STAY AWAY

I have officially lost all hope in Outsurance. Without going into a HUGE amount of drama, let me plainly say that Outsurance is a **** and here's why: Outsurance's Legal department is outsourced to a third party company and ANY legal matters pertaining to financial and or otherwise, are all managed by the the third party company. This means that should you have a claim and need to pay an excess due to a third party incident, then Outsurance ISN'T involved and as such they will not assist in the recovery of your excess from a third party. If the third party that causes the accident decides not to pay, YOU AS THE CLIENT can't do ANYTHING and you loose your money. STAY AWAY and don't be trapped like I was.
