**** promotion from outsurance

Do not for outsurance **** of paying you money if you have been claim free for over 3 years on your current insurer, I told the I claimed for a windscreen Glass in 2019 but my insurance doesn't count that as a claim as it is not something mechanical, so they asked for my policy schedule and I provided and on the policy document it clearly state that I have never made a claim for the past 3 years but outsurance Consultant insisted that they will only pay me R500 and not R1500 because I had a claim that I told them I did, so my question was which information do they take between what is in the document and what I was telling them and they said they take what I have said, so I asked him that if I told him I never had an accident but on my policy document it say I had a claim for accident which one will he take, and he did not come up with a straight answer, this guy's are so unprofessional and useless at the same time!
