This insurance is honestly a time waister, they force me in a life insurance quote , then deny me a policy because I had covid 19, They call me today offering a R500 if they can't beat my current insurance , well I am at naked insurance my premium is half of what outsurance quoted me , Now they cannot beat my premium, they still not offering the R500, there reason is because my policy at naked insurance is new, I told the person whom called me I obtained the car two days ago , she never mentioned about this is not a qualifying condition, Well because you waisted my time I will now cancel my home contents cover with you guys and move over to naked insurance. I HOPE EVERYONE READING THIS WILL GET A QUOTE from Naked insurance.

We will always do the right thing and after reading your review we escalated the matter to Gina our quote promotion manager. We did provide you with incorrect advice therefore a decision has been made to pay you the R500 as per the quote promotion.

Thanks outsurance, the effort you guys did to assist me with my complaint , and keeping me updated with the progress was great , it was not about the money , If the T&C was properly explained I would have accepted it , I hope that soon you can beat the R419 premium from naked or come close to it ,Then give me a call and I will gladly come back. Thanks once again !
