Your a total **** I called in for quotation for my vehicle on the 15th the lady quoted me 1300 which is higher than what I am currently paying with my current insurance, I told her it's too much I can't afford it the next thing she start asking about where I'm staying and confirming the details I gave her, then she rap up the call, she send me documents saying she insured my house hold things but I made it very clear that I'm looking for affordable car insurance nothing else, so I think the problem was that she was avoiding the fact that she couldn't beat my current premium, she probably thought I am calling because of 500 they lie about on advert, she did not even try to take out other things so I can get better offer for my vehicle, don't do a **** try to assist your customers for what they calling you for. Train some of your staff they just want to push sales but they don't even listen to customer, your advert are a total opposite to what is happening on calls.
