Even though I got woken up early on public holiday. THAPELO MOLOMO made my day. I phoned in about the increase to my premium coming up, and he managed to save me some money. It was the best conversation ever. Very sweet, polite, and funny guy. It's definitely awesome service even though he had to work on a public holiday.
