Saved by Outsurance & Joe Davis

Last night, our car keys were accidentally locked in the car outside gym here in PE. With no spare key, I phoned a Locksmith & was quoted "a lot of money" to come out & unlock the car..... After phoning a friend who is a mechanic for advice, he said at some point, do you have insurance? I never even thought of phoning Outsurance... I did & my expectations were way way way exceeded..... after explaining our situation, I was informed that we had two "rescue" calls per annum on our policy for FREE & the call out would not even affect my low claim bonus. Hendrick from Joe Davis was out within 15 minutes & 10 minutes later I had the keys in my pocket & my daughter walked out of her Gym class 45 minutes since phoning me was reunited with her keys.... The sms's & the phone calls from Outsurance throughout the process just showed genuine care & "going the extra mile".
