Saved by die locksmith

<p>Got home at 18:30 only to realise my son yad taken the key to our home with him for the weekend. My daughter and I were locked out of the house. It was cold and dark, and my son would only be home at 22h. I phoned Outsurance, remembering something about home assistance.... my call was answere by Eugene, who assisted me with getting a locksmith to my house. He phoned regularly to check if we were still ok and followed up as soon as the lock smith left to find out if we were in the house and safe. Theoughout the process I was inpressed by the efficiency, friendliness and warmth. Exceptional service and response. Great thank you also to Kempton Locksmith who came out all the way to Faerie Glen in record time to assist. </p>
