Had a bumper bashing (R6000) repair. My car has been with the Panelbeater since 19 July 2017. Marice and her RUDE supervisor (Zandi) claim that there is nothing wrong with how long it is taking and that there is nothing wrong with them not giving me feedback. Can't wait for this claim to be done with so I move to Discovery Insure. Outsurance does not care about customer needs.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Joa our assessing manager contacted you to apologize and to ensure the matter was finalized. The car hire was extended and the excess was waived.
