SATISFIED SERVICE WITH OUTSURANCE

Outsurance has been doing the basics right and consistently. I have had 2 claims within a course of 5 years and have had flawless service, this is not sugarcoated story i am giving here... Early this month we moved a policy from me to my wife's and it moved painless and the turnaround time has always been good. I think the big difference is that the Insurance company is treating everyday like it is its last or it is losing that customer, hence give a good service.

I have had a couple of consultants that seem to want to drop the ball, like last week, 1 of them promised to call me back but never did about a motor warranty product, I am not crying about it though.

Bottom line, the consultants are well trained and are on another level. So much that I even agreed on the increased premium on my review, i wish they could have kept me where it was.
