The service I received was of quality. My geyser burst and within hours I was assisted. I initially requested to have my own plumber come to install the geyser but due to time constraints, I later called my advisor Slindile asking for assistance and she quickly arranged for their plumbers to come and assist immediately.

Geyser was replaced same day, claim sorted and successful. I was supported throughout and would definitely recommend OUTsurance to anyone.
