SASA Beneficiaries targeted by OUTsurance
The desperation of OutSurance is really questionable. I am questioning the association I have with this company. I have been pleading with OutSurance to cancel policy that they reactivated. They just decided they are going to take pensioners money and don't care of the impact they are having on the person they are inconveniencing. The policy was reactivated on the 31st of July and the money taken out the next day. The policy was cancelled more than 5 years ago and the OutSurance realized that the holder is a pensioner, and they can reactivate without concern. They even have the deceased person details on the policy. As long as they meet their monthly sales target, they don't care who they take away from.
Is sad when a company that prides itself so much to be praying on SASA beneficiaries. Is actually embarrassing for them to be so silent on matters that are inconveniencing the elderly. I don't know how to cancel the policy as they are refusing to cancel the policy.

This simply means, your consultant will continuously call her to reactivate the contract that she cannot afford to pay, and she has no say in all of this. Do I have to provide context on how she was mislead in all of this. It will be appreciated if the conversation with Jason can be attended to as I can confirm that there is no plan to cancel nor reverse the policy.
