Sales team Dale Booysen

What a pleasure actually talking to and doing business with someone that is so passionate about her company and her clients. In this day and age of voice prompts, call centers where the staff can hardly converse and are often obnoxious, ******** and sometimes just plain rude, talking to Dale was like a breath of fresh air and for once I actually enjoyed talking to a sales person on the phone. Dale really went out of her way to explain the companies products and services and is very knowledgeable in her field. If this is the caliber of staff that Outsurance have working for them, then I am really looking forward to a long and satisfying professional relationship with Outsurance.
