I wanted to get a quote from Outsurance. We compared the quote to my current insurance policy and the consultant transferred me to her manager for clarity. This manager tried to convince me that my current excess at PPS was way higher than it actually is. Bordering on lying. She also tried to convince me that PPS are brokers, not insurers. When I said I want to confirm her statements with PPS before accepting any quote she kept talking and trying to keep me on the phone, even when I told I was starting to get a headache. I eventually had to straight up tell her that I am ending the call.

I confirmed with PPS what my policy excesses really were. If Outsurance allows this kind of ********* practices at sales point who knows what they allow at the claim stage when it really matters.

To add to it, they have been ignoring my mails regarding the R1500 that they promise if they can't beat my current insurance. It's been months.
