Sales pitch TRUST but delivery second hand repairs

Outsurance sales pitch is TRUST, however what they do not mention is that when you take your car in for repairs they instruct the panel beaters to use "second hand" parts to fix your car as the genuine parts are more expensive. So be very careful to TRUST them with your asset . This is exactly what happened to us , after more than 10 years we had to put in our first claim due to an impatient driver bumping into our standing vehicle. When we collected the vehicle from the panel beaters we saw that the bumper was not matched /aligned correctly. Then the manager informed us that they did the best they could BUT OUTsurance instructed them to use a second hand part that does not align properly with our vehicle. So we lost our out bonus, paid in excess and received a vehicle that is not aligned.
