Sales - no helpful

<p>So i called in to a quote and compare my current insurance to outsurance but this is the second time that i found the consultant not helpful. Infact i told her that i was looking at comparing but that maybe she can help me see why it would be worth it to move. She couldnt help and ended the call with a thank you for your time. I maybe mistaken but are they not interested in new clients...</p>
