Sales Consultant put phone down on me after not being able to save my premiums - how do I get my R400?
Received a sales call with the "R400 cash if we cant beat your current insurance premium". I Took the challenge, spent 30mins plus of my valuable time on the phone giving consultant my details. When the Outsurance premium was higher than my existing premiums, caller put the phone down on me! Not happy! I feel rather indignant, and feel like I am being cheated. If you are going to advertise R400 cash offer or cheaper preiums, take the time to explain HOW this will be done, rather than treating a potential client like a consumable. What now!?
