Will not recommend Outsurance to anyone.

Gave them a call for a quote on my new vehicle the sales consultant then pointed out that they notice I always request quotes from them but never accept the quote (I do not accept the quotes because it is higher than other insurance providers) I told the sales consultant my reason for not accepting the previous quote and then asked him if he could possibly forward the new quote to me then I can give them a call once I have the exact details of the vehicle like collection date etc.

I wanted to accept the quote they provided for my vehicle but then noticed they never emailed the quote to me and the consultant already noted that I did not accept after I asked him to email the quote.

Outsurance lost a client due to this service. Never have I experienced a sales consultant talking down on someone because they did not accept previous quotes. Surely we are allowed to request quotes to ensure we receive the service we want at a reasonable price?

I will not contact Outsurance again for any product.
