I have been a client of Outsurance for a long time. I recently tried to review my policy in order to reduce my cost of insurance. I was told due to my risk/rating I could only get a R100 reduction in my premium. Yesterday I get a call from the sales call centre. I can get R400.00 off my premium if I provide Outsurance with contact numbers of people who might be interested in the company services. This is unfair. Has my risk/rating changed. I should get the R400 reduction without conditions.
