Ryno Louw - Excellent service

I was involved in a car accident on the Sunday morning 1st October 2017. I phoned Outsurance from the accident scene and Monica from Outsurance contacted me every few minutes to make sure that we are okay and to inquire as to whether the tow truck has arrived. On Monday (2 October 2017) morning Ratish Kandhai phoned me first thing in the morning to inform me that my claim has been lodged (before I even had to phone them). On Tuesday afternoon Ratish informed me that my car was a write-off and that the claim has been handed over to Ryno Louw for assessment. Ryno Louw promptly contacted me and setup a meeting at my work place. He was extremely helpfully, knowledgeable, friendly and turned a truly nightmare situation into a pleasant experience. Ryno explained everything in detail and made me feel extremely comfortable. Ryno did what was needed and finalized my claim asap. Thank you Ryno and the other Outsurance staffer that I had the pleasure of dealing with. You turned a unpleasant experience like a car accident into a pleasant experience by treating your clients with dignity and respect.
