We are sorry about any misunderstandings we could have created when our claims advisor discussed the claim with you previously.
Sthembiso contacted you after having received your comments above and again explained that our client is not the sole cause of the accident. He discussed the merits, which included all 3 vehicles involved in the collision.
He suggested you seek legal advice, as the other party's insurer also refuted liability.
