Rudest employer Phillip Solwandle

Your employee by the name of Phillip Solwandle is the rudest person I have ever come across. Who does he think he is by threatening and speaking down to people over the phone. I have advised everyone I have come across about this incident. You can stop advrtising because your company is completely opposite to the promises made on TV and on print media. Maybe you should have someone listen in to his phonecalls you will be shocked.
