Rudest Agent
<p>I called to make a change to my policy and spoke to a horrible outsurance agent named joanne. She was so rude I couldn't believe that they're allowed to talk to customers that way. It's my policy and if I want to remove anything from it, that's my right. I don't know who the hell she thinks she is to talk to me like that and make sarcastic comments but I will not stand for it, I'm done with outsurance!</p>
