Rude telesales consultant

Last Monday a consultant from Outsurance called to try and sell me life cover. I unfortunately didn't get his name - but hope that by providing you with my personal details you will be able to track who it was. <br> <br> I explained that I was extremely busy and didn't have time to talk and requested he rather call back next week to which he asked whether we couldn't rather speak later that afternoon. I said no, so he decided to continue his sales pitch anyway so I hung up. <br> <br> A few seconds later he called to say that we had been cut off and continued his sales pitch. I stopped to explain that we weren't cut off, and that in fact I had put the phone down on him and that I wasn't interested - at which point he continue to argue with me, so I put the phone down again. <br> <br> Amazingly, a few seconds later - he called back again to continue to try and sell me life cover - at this point I was furious and said that if he called me again he could transfer me straight to his manager. Sure enough, a few seconds later he called again!<br> <br> Up until now, I've been very impressed with Outsurance and expected much more from them than aggressive sales tactics from rude staff.
