Rude consultant from Outsurance
Requested a quote online. Received a quote from a pushy consultant who only wanted to sell me the policy. I am a current client but didn't matter to him. I requested a call in one hour as I had someone waiting for me. The call had gone on for too long. He would only call me if I would be willing to take up the policy
