Rude Consultant

Called Outsurance to get a quote - Had the unfortunate experience of getting an extremely stand-offish consultant. She cut me off multiple times when trying to talk, she did not want to give me a quote at first, she came across as condescending when I did not understand something or wanted to clarify information. I decided I no longer wanted to join Outsurance, as I wasn't happy with the service received at that point and I decised to go with a different Insurance House. When giving the consultant the feedback of not wanting to join Outsurance, this consultnat demanded to know why and how much my other quote was, when I told her I don't recall the exact figure, she responded with "Just tell me how much!". This is a revolting service, I don't think it's any of Outsurances business, and I don't thnk thats the approapriate way to ask someone for information. I would never recommend engagement with Outsurance, I would never want to deal with them ever again.
