Rude call & Email

Got a call from Mponeng Maphosa from Outsruance yesterday afternoon regarding a life cover policy which she was offering and i was very interested in. I was unable to answer my cell being as i was busy at work so she called me on my work landline and upon answering her call the phone line cut which was unintentional and by accident. She then sent me a rude mail stating how 'rude' and unprofessional i was.She then called again on my work number and spoke to a colleague telling him how rude and disrespectful i was and he explained to her it was not done on purpose. I don't appreciate her rudeness or her sending me nasty emails, she should of rather confirmed with me if i dropped the line or not , or if i was still interested in the policy instead of jumping to conclusions and sending me that rude email. I have all my records on email and very disappointed and angry from the way i was treated from this Call centre consultant form Outsurance<br> <br> Not happy with the servicer , customer experience and lack of people skills from her
