Rude and unprofessional customer service when canceling my insurance

I was with OUtsurance for only a year, through which I had no problem with their service (since I did not claim for anything, I don't really know how they handle policies). But only when I cancelled my car insurance with them (only because I found a better monthly premium with another insurer), the senior operator was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I said that I will recommend Outsurance, but after dealing with this type of customer service, I definitely retract my recommendation.
