Rude

I've put in a query for outsurance to phone me back, they phoned me back very fast gave me a rediculious quote then since i dont know alot about insurance i gave the phone to my fiance. My fiance told Jono King he would let them know but he would like to shop around first. Jono responded saying he takes it to offense and that my fiance is being selfish towards me. I mean how can you be selfish towards someone when you trying to save them money. It was honestly rude for him to speak like that to a client. Outsurance is suppose to be such a good insurance company but i have only heard bad stuff about them and i think its shocking and will never recommend them to someone.
