<p>Submitted a claim early in Jan 2017, been trying to finalise the claim as their was one claim item complication. After a couple of days speeking to a few claims agents and being sent from pillar to post I ended up talking to Ronnie Kelbrick who in a matter of 20 minutes finalised my claim without any issues. It was a pleasure dealing with you Ronnie Kelbrick and thanks for sorting the claim so quickly unlike tha other claims agents I was dealing with at Outsurance.
