Ronel at OUTSURANCE is awesome!

Ronel Klassen was extremely patient and understanding when she heard about our traumatic hijacking experience. She was considerate and called back a few times to check if all was in order. She took me thru the claims process and checked if I understood what needs to happen and if I require assistance. She followed up her calls with emails explaining everything that needed to be done. She really wanted to make sure that the process was as easy and efficient... and it was. My claim was approved the same day.
