Good day Outsurance.

I would like to personally thank Ronaldo Peters and praise the OUTstanding service he provided to a NON-OUTSURANCE customer.

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere literally thinking it was the end of life should anything happen to us, my 2 cousins included.

With great calmness and professionalism from the above mentioned gentleman he despatched a tow truck driver, he understood and showed empathy towards the situation by means of constant check up calls..

Im in a safer place having the car sorted and absolutely NO FEES was charged which is a benchmark set to South Africa!

I will definitely recommend Outsurance as a go to Insurer seeing that I am a former employee of the insurance industry knowing what service is all about.

I have one last request and that is to keep and take care of Ronaldo (assist consultant) as he seems to be the epitome of AWESOME customer service!
