Roelene Jacobs from Outsurance client services is a star

<p>As Outsurance client I called the client service to cancel my policy due to economic strain, Roelene Jacobs assisted me and she was indeed a star. She offered to call me back to save me costs,that was the first step of great customer service. Roelene took me through every step of my policy and turned what was suppossed to be a cancellation into a great customer experience and managed to retain me as their client. I was really impressed with how she handled my query and the manner in which she did it. She was constantly intouch with me and really made my experience with Outsurance a great one. I am a facilitator who listen to call centre calls and coach agents and what I got yesterday was indeed a world class customer service and the proffessionalism was out of this world. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done to Roelene and Outsurance for the great experience.
