Rocky start, great finish

<p>I had an accident last year in what turned out to be both a traumatic and awesome day all in one. When i told my wife about the accident, it caused her to go into labour and we have a beautiful daughter.</p> <p> </p> <p>It started out rocky as i received a call from outsurance a few days after the incident informing me they wouldnt cover me due to some mix up in my previous insurerers paperwork or something like that. However once we solved this problem I have received suprisingly great service from then forward. I have heard stories about how outsurance can sometimes be quite dissapointing however I was really impressed with the service I received and would definitly recommend them to other individuals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Celia was a friendly and caring person to deal with and I appreciate the assistance I received from her during this process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also managed to get my excess back which is a great way to finish off a traumatic experience.</p>
