****** twice in 1 go

We had a burglary in early May we were not at home and upon arrival we saw that our house was completely cleaned out, nothing left but the bulky furniture. The cops came did their investigations and now the insurance needed to do their bit. We've been loyal to outsurance for about almost 3 years never faulted on a premium nothing but from day 1 they made it seem as if we were *********, they even forced me to bring my 4 yr old son into the 'interrogation', after putting us through all that hell they denied the claim, to date no rejection letter was received nor any communication from them. The burglary on its own was so traumatizing outsurance just made this event worse then it already was. In the burglary I had my text books ****** I had thought this would be settled by the insurer unfortunately it was not and I had to miss all 3 of my examinations, they only show the good but they are capable of creating chaos as well. The assessor could clearly see when she did her assessing that the house was burgled. Highly upsetting
