ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

I contacted Outsurance through my mobile app for roadside assistance on Thu 06 Aug around 17:00. Besides the fact that I received a call from Koketso within 2minutes of submitting my request, I was greeted with friendliness and courtesy. Help was on its way. I received an SMS saying that help will be there with me within 33 minutes, but it took less than 10 minutes for Brother Towing Services to pick up my car. Thank you for following up Koketso. I really appreciate the good service an positive attitude.
